A meteor crashes to Earth and brings with it a jello like blob that grows to mammoth proportions, attacking a small Pennsylvania town. Local teenagers led by a guy who looks like he can handle a car try to stop the creature before it engulfs the entire town.   Long before he was labeled the “King of Cool”, Steven McQueen (as he’s billed in the film) made his film debut in this goofy monster flick. You’ve got to wonder how many of Steve’s buddies tested his “cool” by reminding him of this one.   Zevk,   Poe
