  Welcome to a whole new world of terrible.   In fact, compared to most of the films covered in this column, TERROR TOONS is actually comparatively well known. While going Straight-To-DVD back in 2002, you can still pick it up from Netflix, and it was available in plenty of large media outlets and video stores. There’s even a sequel, if you can believe it. And at first you can almost see why. Unlike much of the shot-on-video junk I’ve encountered, this feels like an actual film, with plenty of special effects, a semi-professional soundtrack and even – yes – recognizable actors.
